Commanders Free Agency: Four Targets to Sign from Wild Card Playoff.

The Washington Commanders are observers this postseason, but some of the players may relocate here in the offseason.

The Washington Commanders, like the rest of us, were astounded to see the Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Rams eliminated, while the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers progressed to the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs on Sunday.

As we did for Saturday’s games, we’re taking a look at the Commanders’ free agency prospects for all four teams and one player.

Here are four players with expiring contracts who Washington could pursue this offseason.

GREEN BAY PACKERS: SAFETY AND DARNELL SAVAGE

Savage was a part of the Maryland Terrapins football program while attending college in the area.

Savage, who entered the NFL as a first-round pick in the 2019 draft, has started 10 or more games in each of his five seasons, yet he has never been selected to the Pro Bowl.

Savage made a crucial interception on Sunday against Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, which he then scored on in the end.

Despite the fact that the play began before halftime, many saw it as the final nail in the coffin.
