The Pittsburgh Steelers honored longtime scout Bill Nunn in honor of Black History Month on Tuesday afternoon by tweeting about it.
Nunn, a Pittsburgh Courier producer of the yearly Black All-American Team, was persuaded to work as a part-time and then full-time scout with the Steelers. His talent recognition and connections at HBCU colleges helped to mold the 1970s dynasty that included L.C. Greenwood, John Stallworth, and Donnie Shell. Even ten years after his passing, his impact on the team is still felt because to the lessons he imparted to scouts hired after him. The Bill Nunn Draft Room is the name of the Steelers’ draft room.

Late-night host and Steelers supporter Seth Meyers made light of conspiracy theories involving Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift regarding the Super Bowl’s alleged rigging on Monday night. In his new “book,” which you may read about on the dark web, he quipped that since the Green Bay Packers defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV, the NFL hasn’t rigged it.
