Wayne Rooney might try boxing for one fight.
The ex-manager of Birmingham City may be joining a Misfits Boxing event. These shows often have famous YouTubers like KSI and Logan Paul. The Daily Star says they might be part of it.
Rooney hasn’t had a job since he was fired by the Blues in early January. He was taken off his job after playing 15 games and only winning two of them.
The event will be shown live on the DAZN streaming channel and will have social media stars. This has caused arguments because of the bad behavior at press conferences and weigh-ins.
On a BBC podcast, Rooney said, “I like watching boxing the most out of all sports. ” My dad and my whole family liked boxing. I have always been around boxing as I grew up.
“My uncle has been running the gym in Croxteth for 20 to 30 years. ” I also have that feeling inside me. “Fortunately, I wasn’t as skilled in boxing as I was in football, so I think my career went in the right direction. “
